Have come across bits about China Lake elsewhere on net.
1000s of kids in cages (perhaps over 3,000), electrified, for programming by DS.

Also, large entry to base off coast under water, and symbols (including star in circle) on top of China Lake site.

It sounded like BS to me. No information on who the kids are. There condition now and so on.
