A late-night run to the donut shop turned into a roadside rescue for three teens living near Niagara Falls. It ended with them pushing a stranded stranger's car for hours and inspiring others on Facebook.
Aeron McQuillin, 18, Bailey Campbell, 17, and Billy Tarbett, 15, were on their way to a Tim Hortons donut shop in Fonthill, Ontario, when they spotted a woman on the side of the road with smoke coming out of her car. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a leak that allowed the engine coolant and oil to mix. They also determined the car was too dangerous to drive.
The driver couldn't afford a tow truck. So, Billy suggested that guys push the car. The woman lives more than five miles away.

Good for them!
Many years ago, a group of teens had a breakdown in the hills after a movie.
A cop found them, and used his cruiser to push them farther off to the side, cited them, and left.
They had thought they were saved. But no. This was pre-cellphone. No town or phone nearby. The cop did not offer to contact anyone for them.
Those kids were wholesome Christians I knew. So much for tax dollars.
These three did far better than that tax-paid non-servant.
I only had good experiences with AAA.
A while ago I had a car that had problems, AAA always showed up fairly quickly after I called them.
Why didn’t they use the running vehicle to push the other car?
Why didnt they use the running vehicle to push the other car?
Have no idea other than the guy didn’t want to chance scratching
a bumper. My thought was a piece of rope and tow it along slowly.
