I’ve never met an African who spoke all of those languages.
But in my experience, most Africans who come from a country once colonized by Europeans will speak the Euro language, often French, as well as their own African and perhaps another African language. In addition, if they speak English, it is not only good, but often very elegant, since many of them learned English from Britons and were exposed to good literature.
I’ve met young Ethiopians coming to the US for the first time as University students, who speak as if they were born and grew up here. A lot of it is due to the world wide ubiquity of English-language mass media. Despite the ‘America-haters’ so prominent in the news these days, there are still many people in the world - especially young people - who WANT to be Americans.
