Trump has really stepped in it this time!
It’s all over for him now!
I heard him say it twice during the time I was listening (and I did not get in at the beginning)
You don’t speak for God. Get over yourself.
Looks like we'll have to go to CNN to find out.
Ah, yuck! Nope, not gonna do it!!! {spit spit spit} Can't believe I suggested it.
Preach it, brother. God will not be mocked nor blasphemed.
Bed wetter...
We’re trying to MAGA.
You’re not helping!!!!!
Reminds me of when Patton was asked if he read the Bible:
“Every GD Day!”
So did Mr. Trump tell a lie and swear it was true by God’s Holy Name? Did he swear to commit an act that he does not intend to do? How did Mr. Trump take God’s name in vain? What untruth, what false intention did he swear to in God’s name? If he has sworn to do something in God’s name, has he sworn in vain, because he does not intend to do it, or at least try to do it? How do you know? Has God given you some insight that He has given no one else? Are you sure it is the spirit of God who has lead you, and not some other spirit? Have you tested it?
Do you understand what it means to take God’s name in vain?
Did Mr. Trump blaspheme the Holy Spirit? How?
I notice youre putting your little rant in multiple threads. How many stones will you be throwing
This guy and his stupid post does deserve a ZOT
I elected a sausage maker not a saint.
Context?
“I am that I am” is what God told Moses to call him. Admittedly, to use course language in front of pious folks is self defeating when soliciting their vote. But Trump is Patton. He is in many ways flawed, but that is exactly why God is working through him. I see no other explanation for Trump being where he is right now. We must let Patton (Trump) be Trump (Patton).
Whether ‘he’ or ‘him’, the message is the same. It just depends upon whose translation one is using. I’ve seen it quoted both ways.
As the man said, Never drink and post. Or you are an arrogant ass.
You need to get the hell out of here David.
... and yet the poster still has not given one example of what so offended him/her.
Well, not everybody is perfect. I’m certainly not, and I tend to use the Lord’s name in vain far more than I like. Sometimes it’s the first thing out of my mouth when something goes wrong. Very bad habit, but I apologize to the Lord, and ask him to help me get my $hit together.
I'd gather not.
Never heard that one before... but being Southern Baptist myself... That is funny right there.
