I think Virgin Island Water and Electric Co. has established water lines and power lines to Great St. James Island and Little St. James Island. Great STJ island is quite close to Redhook and I would bet that they put in water and electric lines in the past. Pedo island did have residents before Epstein bought it. One of them works for him. Establishing those utilities from St. Thomas would not be difficult nor expensive. 90% on land.

I remember seeing charts of utilities in the area and there was extensive buried wire.
