Reports claim that the next Agent 007 will be played by British actress Lashana Lynch.
Lynch, 31, had a breakout role in "Captain Marvel" as Maria Rambeau, the titular superhero's best friend and fellow Air Force pilot.

you didn’t miss anything. Bardem’s character has the hots for bond not the other way around. Bond is tied up and hoping along with the program looking for an opening. This is what passes for gay on a web sight where everyone is repulsed by gay stuff and seemingly not very familiar.
Craig is the second best Bond and brought a freshness to the role when he played the rookie in Casino Royale.
