Where I live, a dog wouldn't have any chance of finding any human poop. How is it that Aspen, a town of 8000, home of the uberwealthy, has readily available human excrement laced with marijuana for dogs to eat?

My son has been volunteering in a vet clinic. He saw a patient one day that ingested his master’s pot, as well as some of his chocolate. It was awful. The dog’s eyes alternated between huge pupils and pinpoint pupils. He was miserable. I do not wish this on anybody’s pooch.
