It does show the shooting and his camera was on. Sadly, it appears to be a suicide by cop situation by a mentally disturbed individual.

Honestly, I can't say that I saw a the fake gun in her hands. The pictures weren't clear enough. Yes, it is possible that the fake weapon was planted.

No offense but you’re FOS. Independent witness stated she existed her vesicle looking angry and with both hands pointed what appeared to be a weapon right at the cop. As she was walking towards the cop, she was told her 3 times to stop and drop it and she failed to do so, and she was shot 3 times.

In addition, she tried to kill the cop prior to her ever existing her vehicle, when she intentionally ran into the cops vehicle...Then she made a U-turn on the freeway. This ding was clearly dangerous.
