One of my pals did this with a mattress. Sort of.
His grandfather had to move a mattress with a pickup truck, but didn’t have a rope to tie it down. So he had Gary lie on top of the mattress.
This worked until the mattress developed enough lift to go airborne with Gary still riding on top of it, and then it flipped over slamming him into the ground. Which explains a lot.
He’s also redneck enough to want to try this pool on the roof trick, having learned nothing from the flying mattress ride.
