Hard to know anymore if this is something created to encourage people to fill their homes and cars with Jeff Bezos listening devices. He pulled out a gun and "tried to kill her" but she wasn't....um...shot.
On-Star was pushed for safety and the idea seems good - but wouldn't Alexa and On-star be useful in helping plan and protect wet works? They know where to find you, if you are alone, can hear if you call the police.
Wouldn't On-Star have to listen continuously like Alexa does? Wouldn't they record automatically, like Alexa does?
I thought it was weird Amazon sells "buttons" for specific products (e.g., Tide Detergent) that you place around the home where the product is located. I just searched Amazon and see they have expanded; there are different types of buttons. AMazon search results for Amazon Button. I see that Dash includes printer ink and water filters (kitchen and office). If you see you need to reorder, you just press the button and your order is placed through Amazon. I've read so much creepy stuff about Alexa by now, isn't this just a way to sprinkle listening devices around the home? One article was writen by someone complaining that Alexa has the ability to recognize his face...in the dark.
