The cabal is a conspiracy; but that is not to say that they do plan, or that they have planned, everything in minute, meticulous detail. Rather there are several branches. Funders, those seeded into powerful positions in various institutions and bureaucracies, and the low level activists, from Klantifa to those who disrupt Trump rallies and those who file knowingly specious lawsuits, in order to allow those seeded into power, the occasion to unilaterally and unfairly adnuance their larger agenda.
