More importantly, Trump can't block people because he is acting in a public capacity on a public forum BUT twitter can put disclaimers on Trump's tweets claiming they are scary or dangerous in some way (are you sure want to proceed? If so, click to read tweet...)

At some point this platform versus publisher thing has to be settled, they are obviously operating as publishers with all the legal protections of a platform, which they are abusing.
