The 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on July 9 that President Donald Trump violated the First Amendment when he blocked users from viewing and commenting on his Twitter messages. The court determined that Trumps Twitter account is an official rather than a personal account, making his use of Twitters blocking feature akin to a government official excluding people he or she doesnt agree with from a public forum. Trumps attorneys argued that his Twitter account is a personal one. The court wasnt convinced, writing in the opinion that the accounts landing page bears all the trappings of an official state‐run account.

And the way the leftists would deal with this is simply have EVERYONE report the person who Trump cant block. Say something insulting to him, everyone who supports him reports the post en-mass. Time to either fight dirty or just accept that we are going to lose this war.
No one’s right to free speech is blocked when they are not allowed to reply to a Twitter post.
There is no constitutional right to be heard, or to have someone listen to you.
At some point this platform versus publisher thing has to be settled, they are obviously operating as publishers with all the legal protections of a platform, which they are abusing.
