Keep posting, P-J; somebody here doesn’t seem to like you, which is a hint you’re worthwhile reading.
Maybe they are suffering as a result of the keto craze. There was one in my small city that closed; I had never eaten there even though it was in a really prime location.
I second the sentiments to use it immediately if you do get a gift card or coupon. I learned that lesson when a friend and I were going to get a 2 for 1 Indian meal - we put it off a few weeks and sure enough the place was closed when we both showed up there.
When you find a restaurant you like, never, ever
go back into the kitchen.
Hemorrhoids acting up again Mall Cop Bart?
It’s Italian food. Faceplanting in a plate of pasta can mean that the splatter can travel a surprisingly long way....
"Appears." In reality I haven't had any problems at all with the discounted gift cards. Of course, first thing I do after I buy them is check the balance online. So far, so good.
Yes. Their coffee is really superb. I love the atmosphere, kind of glamorous and their food is really very good.
Ah, miss Lebesian.
So glad you are still with us and congratulations on your kickball victory.
I’d like to know how they keep if from sliding through
I like their food!
Mary Hartman Mary Hartman, episode 1.43, Leroy Fedder drowns in he chicken soup...
Haven't been there in a couple years, but one thing that was nice (other than the food being pretty good) is they use plain butcher paper for tablecloths, which are great for kids. They can draw on the "tablecloth". My grandkids liked that. Also as I recall, the wine was pretty good (for me, not the grandkids LOL).
yep
Yes. The salmon with orzo pasta was delicious.
Romano’s was founded in San Antonio by Phil Romano. The first unit may have been built in another state, but it was founded in SA.
If there’s one near you, you can’t go wrong by purchasing the gift card. My experience is that the food is a cut above Olive Garden.
Sounds like a heavy carb place.
On another note, what’s been happening with the low-carb diet? Did you reach your goal? Did you go on that cruise? I tried a search but no dice. Thanks PJ.
I’m of Italian descent too, and any “italian” chain restos’ are suspect. BUT I’ve eaten at the so-called “best” Italian restaurants here in Hollywood and most of them are overrated and the servers were morons. The best cannoli I ever ate was at this really small restaurant so small they only have 6 tables inside and 1 waiter.
What's a "resto"? Are you running short of letters?
