Vanity: 2020 Census question for Commerce Department

Dear Commerce Department,

The very last section of your 2020 census questionnaire could be formulated this way:

THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS TO BE ANSWERED BY UNITED STATES CITIZENS ONLY:

1)Do you know of any illegal aliens in your local area?

2) If the answer to item 1 is "yes", Approximately how many ____?

3l Are there only US citizens at your personal address? (Y or N)

Any non-citizen answering these questions will be subject to penalties associated with the falsification of an official government record.

The household of any US citizen who fails to answer the questions 1-3 will be enumerated as a non-US citizen household.

(The Supreme Court of the United States implied that a citizenship question cannot be asked directly. This form of questioning on the citizenship questionnaire simply gives the Commerce Department the ability to infer the number of citizens vs non citizens based on the tallying of returned forms.)

These questions could possibly overestimate the number of non-US citizens, but that would occur only if US citizens fail to answer the questions directed at them.

Non US-citizens could be penalized for falsification of an official government document.

If you will recall Roberts was nervous and flustered during the Obama oath of office back in 2009?

I think something was “wrong” (blackmail, someone was being threatened, something was afoot) and to this day Roberts has been a huge letdown.

Interesting yes?

Good memory.
I was thinking to myself “how in the world could be Chief Justice of the Supreme Court not be able to spit out the words to the Presidential oath as easily as we can spit out the words to the Lord’s Prayer!
