While we're on the subject, I saw something 'weird' in the water at the beach where I go here in New York.
I don't know if you could make it out in this cell phone video I took, but give it a try.

The limit on Tylosaurus is one per week, and they have to be at least 40 feet long to keep. So they should be okay.
Although being miners, it wouldn't surprise me if they used dynamite - that is strictly forbidden.
