One does not need to invoke anti-trust. There are existing regulations governing publicly-traded corporations (not private companies) that abuse their power.
We already have the regulations. What we do not have is representation that will enforce them.
Being in the private sector does not equal being a private company. (IPO = Initial PUBLIC Offering.)
Google and Facebook are natural monopolies. The more people use them, the more useful they are.
