The call lasted for 12 minutes. During that time, the dispatcher continually assures the resident that officers will be there soon. At the four-minute mark, as officers are "still on their way," a barrage of gunfire is heard. The following is a partial transcript of the call.

Too many dbasses calling 911 because Ronald McDonald only gave the 1/2 a carton of fries for their Happy meals.
Get this: in the semi-rural area where I live, 911 is still so primitive the dispatchers ask your address and DIRECTIONS.
