David lost 37 men in one year, he lost 3 commanders, leadership was thrown in his lap and he ran with it and killed 4 men, one he had to stab in the throat.David was badly bleeding and injured yet he went on to shoot another insurgent knocking him off a balcony and on to the ground.

In every congressional election, I’m always hoping America votes in ten real men, in addition to all the wannabes we already have.

That is why they receive the MOH, the highest award for Valor.
Sgt Bellavia is truly a United States Fighting man, and deserving of his MOH.

OK, I blew this one. But, if you strike a north-south line that passes through the center of Buffalo, you will observe that the 27th Congressional District extends west of Buffalo except where Canada is. This district can also be found north of Buffalo, east of Buffalo, and south of Buffalo. A better word choice would have been, around.
The more important fact is that Bellavia is not running for that seat, I was misinformed. The district in R+11 on the Cook Partisan Index and the incumbent is a Republican.
