I would encourage anyone to learn multiple languages.

However, I find it rude to speak a foreign language in a majority English gathering.

Correct. Used to be Democrats considered blacks as second class citizens. Not any more. Hispanics are now second class. Blacks have been demoted to third class.

And transgenders are more important than actual women. They bite their own tails, but their devoted rage buddies vote for them anyway.
