What a canned non-answer from the Google Rep. “We put our users first in our design.” What sort of horse-apples answer is that?
When I first tried to view that clip it for some reason just played the last few seconds. Try it again and you should be able to watch the full 7 min clip.
Users expect that they are getting an accurate return from their search.
Anything other than that is not putting users first, it's putting Google first.
