This woman certainly did not empower queerdom. When I was little, I recognized right off two of my cousins were queer, evil, druggies and flat out sickos. That whole family was sick. Cut them out of my life as a kid and haven’t had anything to do with them since.
I had to take my mother to their dad’s funeral but I sat in the car. Good riddance to him and to two of the cousins. There’s one left and I suspect she’s the “guy” one. Of course, her career of choice was a high school girls’ coach.
