Just use enough cayenne or jalapeno bits to “oomph up” the flavor.
MAPLE ROASTED VEGGIES

Place on three separate sheetpans---pre-roasted butternut squash wedges, baby carrots, sliced red onions.
Pour Maple/Oil over evenly. Roast 20 min; turn once, roast 30 min (veg are golden/tender). Season to taste.
SERVE Plate veg; drizzle w/ pan juices. Sprinkle w/ Gremolata.
MAPLE/OIL Whisk ol/oil, maple syrup, oj.
GREMOLATA chopped parsley, pine nuts, orange zest.
With my DNA, even just a little of such means that about all i can taste is heat. But the hot stuff is good for you.
