CHEF TIP when spiralizing, spin about four times, then cut off noodles. One giant zoodle is difficult to eat.

METHOD Toss/combine 3 med spiraled zucchini, 1/4 c best ol/oil, tsp bl/pepper. Serve dusted w/ Parm.

I checked my zukes - I have about 6 on, and a few had Blossom End Rot from all the @#$%^&*! RAIN we’ve had. I gave them all a shot of liquid bone meal, which will correct that problem.
