Even short of calling him a POS (which he is, with apologies to “S”), the ranking member could have raised a point of order and asked the Chairman, since he is obviously unable to remember the witnesses name, is in need of medical attention? Or a recess, so that he might reacquaint himself with the name of the woman he subpoenaed to be there.
