Small bird, baby? So how did it happen? Was it in the spinach when picked then processed and cooked? Killed by machine harvesting? No one noticed during processing? Did it fly into the processing plant and get killed and cooked by machines? Is there any human checking vegetables during harvest and processing?
Gotta wonder how it got in there and if IT was missed, imagine smaller things that are. Either way she should collect, that's pretty gruesome.
