I saw that after you mentioned. There is an “or”, maybe that could also be stretched? 0bola is an illegal enemy belligerent, originally “unprivileged” as a child (in a sense), all his funded was hidden/funneled through others, sideways, etc.
OTOH, what on earth does “unprivileged” mean? I take it as a legal term, not like “underprivileged. Too bad this is in Festival, I’d like the our comments plus the origian PM tweets brought over to the new thread but no energy at present. Maybe someone could bring in a screen shot?
