I think everyone has taken this wrong.......as he tells Mulvaney to leave........that gives our President time to gather his thoughts...best to walk his message slowly..and who's to say the cough wasn't planned? It was at an important moment and the press just happened to be their in the Oval Office at the time. NOTHING is coincidence and Mulvaney is SHARP AS A TACK....my opinion.(people use repeating the question...and other tricks in order to have more time to gather thoughts)
