And totally irresponsible. They don't give a d___n if American citizens get maimed, run over, killed, raped, robbed or suffer otherwise horrific injury at the hands of illegals, just so long as the illegal scum vote "D". It is beyond rational thought that they only care about that and none of the other results of giving illegals yet another magnet to draw them to cross our borders.

Aren’t many of them driving right now WITHOUT U.S. driver’s licenses? That is the situation in most states. I really don’t see how letting them apply for DLs increases the risk. Seems like it might lower the risk if they learn more about the laws here.
BTW, here in WA State, where illegals can get driver’s licenses, I pay $1050/yr for three vehicles and one of them has full coverage including collision. The other two are just liability and underinsured motorist.
