The government once announced a program called Lifelog that would gather all the information about every American that it could find. After being exposed and after a huge public outcry they announced the termination of that program. On that same day Facebook went online. Coincidence?

IMO way too big of a coincidence.

I find it a bit amusing that so many here know and understand that the CIA (& others) have been rogue and we have FACTS that openly show the data gathering on Americans, only to suggest this is tin foil hat nonsense.

What better way than through a public corp, where the users provide all their data willingly, knowing FB owns the data, that provides zero transparency on how the data is used?
