Heard today in Bible class that a missionary we support is saying that many muslims are having dreams of Jesus and in the dreams are being told to seek out a preacher to tell them about Jesus. Anyone else having missionaries telling them this?

Christian missionaries in Jordan doing humanitarian work are asked not to share their faith unless approached by Jordanians to do so. Then they are free to answer questions, bear witness, etc.We employ a similar method. We also seek out and even try to facilitate those opportunities.

Just curious, in what context or Muslim country? I understand it can be extremely risky. My step grand nephew (grandson of my brother's wife from a prior marriage) got the opportunity to serve a church mission in Indonesia but was specifically warned to stay away from Aceh Province, where the Arab version of Islam reigns supreme.
Elsewhere, I guess, not so much. Even the local ethnic Chinese take Muslim names as a way to gain commercial advantage. And plying your wares from a commercial vice perspective is OK as long as you aren't too open about it.

You can find a number of you-tubes by Nabeel Qureshi, who recounted he was saved initially by precisely that means, in combination with a close friendship with a Christian fellow student. The dream was in answer to a heartfelt prayer, asking God to reveal the truth to him.
He was a good preacher but he died in 2017 of cancer, still a very young man.

We live and work in Sentani, Papua, Indonesia at Hillcrest School. We’ve been there since 1995.

You have a right to your opinion. Jesus Christ and Him crucified is the main thing. Everything else is gravy.
