How's it going?
Hi, Vision! I see Murray is shunning Father’s Day, and what’s that second show, a tribute to a woman film critic? Ooookay.
How’s it going with you, other than the sun showers?
Evening, folks.
How goes it?
What she actually said said during a lecture after the 1972 election was "I live in a rather special world. I only know one person who voted for Nixon. Where they are I don't know. They're outside my ken. But sometimes when I'm in a theater I can feel them."
I’m not surprised Murray is featuring her. I guess she’s leftist enough for him.
Hi, Viking! Happy Sunday!
I hope you’re drinking.
Hi, Gina. Fair to partly cloudy, Vision. Took another fall late last Sunday, but that was my fault. Word of advice: if you take a Lunesta, don’t do it two hours before you go to bed, then sit up and drink a couple of beers while you watch Netflix. LOL Feels like I tore a pec muscle - put my hand out to keep from cracking my kneecap again, and came down hard. Between trying to finish up the pool and yard work, I’ve been dipping rather (dare I use the term) liberally into the wife’s Tramadol. The kids and grandkids are here, one gaggle came in from Birmingham. Father’s Day swim and cookout. I, of course, didn’t get informed of all of this until about 10 last night. So much for respect for the old man. LOL Not hungry right now, but there’s ribs, grilled corn, all manner of goodness out there. I’m gonna make a plate for later before they abscond with the bounty. I didn’t move quick enough last time, and ended up eating a ham sammich for dinner. How’s things with you?
Hey, thanks. I’ll be here all week. Try the spam.
Oh, you poor dear! I hope you heal up soon and enjoy the Father’s Day bounty plate later when you finally eat it. :-D
Oh, the plate has been made and covered. Country style BBQ ribs off the charcoal side, grilled corn off the gas side, Cajun style boiled shrimp, baked beans, and pasta salad. I’m glad the shorts I’m wearing have an elastic waistband. LOL
Life is good. Was getting over a cold this week. Spent the weekend studying finance, doing yard work, and fried up some seafood. Tried to go for a blissfully warm scooter ride around 5pm and sun showers opened up.
MMMMMMMM!!! Oh, so good! And elastic shorts, too! :-D
