So the actual article is in the forbidden denver post so I'll put the link up in a second. Anyway, this guy needs to turn in his dad card. Or just further evidence that the wussification continues unabated.

Kind of like the old(er) cartoon of a good looking woman patting her ‘boy’ friend on the head - he holding his head between his hands and she saying:
“If President Trump scares you with his harsh talk, maybe we both should start seeing other men” (close not a quote quote)

Dear Dad feels he has to lock his bedroom door at night because his daughter owns a gun. If he’s that afraid of his daughter, he needs to live alone.

I was at the range this morning on the 25 yard and there was a Dad and his daughter shooting. He’d just gifted her a Sig 229 and she was trying it out. Warmed my heart.

Tell “dad” that I would be happy to adopt her - there’s always room for one more sensible person around here and it would be a shame to waste all that common sense on a dum bass like you!

Daughter needs to move out. There’s no reason for a 24-year old grown woman to still be living with her parents.

Dear Dumbfounded: According to my research, possessing hollow point bullets is illegal in 11 states; is it legal in your state to own this sort of exploding ammunition?
Hollow points do not explode as best I can find they are only somewhat illegal in New Jersey. What kind of moron gives advice this incorrect to the public?

Dear daughter of confounded dad,
I'm sorry your dad doesn't do enough to make you feel safe enough in your own home. I'm also sorry he thinks owning a gun makes you less trustworthy and responsible. He's more confused than confounded and it's sad he's risking your relationship over an inanimate object. My dad owned guns my entire childhood, he was law enforcement. He taught us gun safety and we always felt safe in our home.
