President Obama is living the life of a former king, vacationing these days at a palatial estate in the south of France. At what point has he made enough? Silly us for asking.
Daily Mail has a report with a lot of photographs:
Former US president Barack Obama and his family arrived in Avignon in the south of France for a week's holiday just days after they were pictured celebrating daughter Sasha's graduation from high school.
The Obamas are reportedly staying at a luxurious 18th century farmhouse on Bathelasse island, near the Provencal city.
Barack, 57, his wife Michelle, 55, and their two daughters Sasha, 18, and Malia, 20, will relax at the palatial Le Mas des Poiriers, rented at 55,000 euros for the week, according to a report by Le Parisien.

Guess they haven’t “made enough” yet.
Not so sure wonder if it’s just another trip to pick up a little freezer money he stashed around the world.
“”At a minimum, it’s time to pull the plug on the taxpayer funding for the presidential lifestyles-of-the-rich-and-famous abroad. It’s gone too far and now it’s leading to trouble. Why should the Secret Service tag this guy at huge taxpayer expense wherever he goes? And why should he be allowed to use these resources to run a shadow government?””
Decided to read the article and found that at least the writer agrees with me.... Looked at the pictures also. I really can’t see why vacationing in such a luxurious style is appealing to them. It might be for us poor slobs who aren’t used to throwing money away but their life style certainly isn’t Chicago style so what’s so great about checking into a house that’s as big as a hotel? Trying to make an impression is all I can come up with. “Look at us - we’re the obozos.” Don’t care how much money they spend, they will never impress me. Only one way that can happen!!!
Wouldn’t it make more sense to explore the world? Or perhaps do what “she” promised to do if “they” won a second term in the WH - to visit EVERY National park in the USA. Guess she forgot that promise or it was just another meaningless promise like the ones her husband spouted!
they avoid killing their own.
Escaping possible arrest and prosecution for crimes while in office?
Its more likely a message. Whose house is it?
55,000 euros = $61,337 per week
“how exactly do you get around the 2 terms”
I don’t think it’s the plan but I have seen the theory that a POTUS could sit out a term and run again. One interpretation of the 22nd is that it means no more then 2 consecutive terms. Obongo’s ego is big enough to try it and I would not trust the current SC to stop it. That said, I think it’s more likely Moochele is waiting in the weeds “to save the day”
ahhh, oui!
I dont know. He is a rule breaker. Popular aclaim??
My last word on the subject - the pictures of the “female” obozos leaving the airplane looked like the Sasquatch trio!
I’m done!
Maybe he is looking for a place to serve out his exile after the investigations.
Yeah but Michelle IS eligible.
LOL! Truly a keeper.
Actuallly Sasha is the only good looking one of the bunch. She actually looks pretty in the pics. Maybe she had some face work done.

Exclusive: Credit Suisse banker sought Romney donations
The email seeking support for a Romney fundraising breakfast later made its way from New York to the banks London office, where recipients including some who were not U.S. citizens were upset by the solicitation, the sources said.
U.S. federal election laws prohibit contributions from foreign nationals.
The episode underscored the heightened political involvement of some top Credit Suisse officials, who are supporting Romneys campaign, the sources said. Eric Varvel, a Mormon who is CEO of Credit Suisses investment banking operations, is a contributor to Romneys campaign and gave $100,000 to a SuperPAC that supports Romney, campaign finance records show.

Urgent: Do you approve of Pres. Trump? Vote Here in Poll
Trump would bury him. The only reason he won is because neither McCain nor Romney actually fought him. Trump would.
Sasha has Moms Mableys hat on.
I’m guessing it isn’t revealed by an agency that has it for rent. If it was some celebrity’s home, I’m sure it would have been disclosed as in “we’re such good friends with blah blah and blah blah, they let us have their home in the south of France for a vacation. Isn’t that just super duper?”
Did I say I wasn’t going to say any more on the subject? Think I did but a couple of hours have gone by and I forgot!
Think I better go do something useful - like read a book!!
Very scary scenario.
Someone posted the info last night. The owner is or was the CEO of Credit Suisse and a Mormon with ties to Mitt Romney.
