How do you stuff them? My husband loves stuffed mushrooms but I have to buy the mushrooms rather than grow them. I stuff those with sausage, goat cheese, and green onions.
Either straight cream cheese or a blend of garlic, ranch dressing, feta cheese and a bit of horseradish.
