President Donald Trump revealed his design this week for a new Air Force One, showing off a set of drawings in the Oval Office that replace the Kennedy-era light blue paint job with a more masculine red, white and black.
The current livery is dominated by blue, the color of the Democratic Party. Trumps re-do has splashes of Republican red.
The result resembles the color scheme of Trumps personal Boeing 757, which 2016 campaign crowds called Trump Force One.
We had different choices, here, Trump told ABC News, saying that he had come up with the design concepts himself. Artists renderings show variations in the color of the engines and the depth of the underbellys dark tones.

If only the Dems were that concerned about the competence of the aircraft, weapons, and ships used by our military rather than simply its cost. But that would be asking too much.
Are they ever not angry?
Trump’s 757 is the same shade of blue on the top, red stripe in the middle, white on the bottom. The new Air Force One is blue on the bottom, red stripe in the middle, white on top. That’s what is probably pissing them off. Watch the next Democrat president have the plane repainted.
Needs some suggestive nose art and it will be perfect.
Lots of them: French, Russian,Costa Rica, Croatia, Chile, the Netherlands... Shall I go on?
Northwest had a very active freight line.
Way back in early times, they carried US mail.
Blue is not the color of the democrat party. And we are not reds.
The paint scheme on AF1 is simple tasteful and classic. Love Trump for lots of things, but taste in decorating isn’t one of them.
His design looks third world.
On the ground I am told it can be stifling.
I remember the Studebaker cars and the Avanti sports sedan.
Lordy, those folks need to get a life.
They clearly have way too much time on their hands.
Yeah, a bunch of paint can add some weight. The first few External Tanks for the space shuttle were painted white. No real reason other than aesthetics. We quit painting them and saved about 600 pounds that could go towards payload weight. Not to mention time spent painting them and inspecting and meeting govt inspection requirements.
Remember when these were 'special'?.............
Yes it is very easy. All you have to do, is exist. That alone, torques their jaws. Its so much fun. 😁🤣
Yes sir.
!0 years in Asia...
‘63 Studebaker Lark with a Supercharged 289 caught a few folks off guard.
Of course the cost 5-10 cents ‘extra’!..................back when a coke and a candy bar could be had for a dime.............

If Dems had their way AF1 would be painted black with the words sorry for existing repeated hundreds of times. It would fly over third world countries and drop money.
President Trump has triggered more outrage from the insane left wingers!
