I mean, really. Work some time in the Pickle Factory massaging some ADHD kids brains and then, taking a little off-book funding to start a distillery that is (almost immediately) sold to a global distributor.
I follow the bourbon industry. I like to be up-to-date on bourbon happenings. I can be characterized as a bourbon snob. I read the trades that provide info on trending “foods and proofs”, although I may have missed some issues.
Rabbit Hole opened and sold itself quite quickly. It takes at least 4 years of barrel-aging to produce a bourbon. Establishing a following takes time.
