I was working in Ventura County near the ocean a few years back. They had a mall there (Buenaventura?) with nice outdoor seating.
I had a big mac on my tray. The breeze blew away my napkin. When I bent over to pick the napkin up a freaking seagull took my WHOLE BIG MAC! You could almost hear him laugh as he settled down about 5 feet away to eat it, just to taunt me.
Came close to Seagull fricassee that night.
I was at Sanibel one year and one of the colleges was having “greek week.”
A couple of bullies ran my kids off the area where the kids had their sandcastle and set up all of their stuff, chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler, etc. Not wanting to tussle with a half dozen drinking bros, when were were ready to go in, I took a huge ass bag of potato chips crumbled them up and tossed it in the air and all over their stuff.
I am not exaggerating when I tell you that there were more than 100 birds diving bombing their area, inches away from the bros. Probably crapping all over their stuff too.
