Direct from this New York Times article about New Hampshire needing more diversity:

"New Hampshire, like its neighbors Vermont and Maine, is nearly all white."

Those three states are numbers 1-3 here. Coincidence?

I don't think so.

I live in the ME-NH-VT Safe Zone, and when I travel out into the Lower 47, there is one VERY noticeable difference between the Safe Zone and the United States.
