This country was built by hicks and deplorable who worked with their hands and many gave their lives for others. How can you honestly make millions of dollars on real estate?
Trump did it. Doubt that Culverhouse did, though; his character in this respect bears that out.

Culverhouse thinks he can throw a few million excess dollars on the table periodically and claim credit for everything that University has done for the last 125 or so years. (Sorry people, this Pennsylvanian doesn't know exactly how long the University of Alabama has been in existance)
