Boston was 6/8
Chicago was 6/6
Another in Taylor, TX 6/6

The June ones all together pricked up my ears and then I went back and looked for others:

5/28 in Wellington, OH;
South Caddo Parrish, LA 5/7
Fort Worth on 4/25
4/9 in Dickson City, PA;
3/16 outside Baltimore;
Nashville 2/27

Page 2 of searching shows Elkhart, TX on 5/19
Woodville, AL 5/6
San Jose 5/13
Fort Collins 5/22
Richmond 3/27
Hillsdale, Mississipi - but this one appears to be flood/rain related
Heber, UT 5/11

It goes on - all the reports are local news except the Boston and Chicago which were gone the next day. I don’t know what the normal rates of derailment are, but sure seems to be higher then I’d expect from a profit making company.

Found this trying to determine historical info: http://www.trainweb.com/#sthash.Qnr9KRmb.dpbs
