Oregon coast, 3 1/2 hours from Portland. Bandon? Port Orford?I ate dinner in Port Orford earlier today. The gmap ap says it is 4 hr 47 min to Portland from Port Orford so it was at least an hour north of there.

Maybe Coos Bay. Depends on how you drive. Bummer about the dead elephant seal. We’ve got sea lions to spare, but the elephant seals are kinda rare.
