You can add Dominican Republic to that list. At least three Americans have died there recently from a fast acting mystery disease—healthy one minute, dead a few minutes later.
Probably should include Los Angeles on that list too, if you don't want typhus or bubonic plague. Cholera should surface in L.A. before summer's end.

Sounds like a dream vacation to me...pay thousands of dollars to fly for 18 hours then puke out your liver, gall bladder, shoes etc then croak.
