Former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn has fired his legal team as he awaits sentencing for lying to the FBI about his conversations with a top Russian official, according to a new filing Thursday from his long-time attorneys.
The lawyers, Robert Kelner and Stephen Anthony, offered no explanation for their abrupt dismissal in a two-page motion delivered to the federal judge who will mete out Flynn’s punishment stemming from his 2017 guilty plea to Robert Mueller’s prosecutors.
In their filing, the attorneys said Flynn had notified them that “he is terminating Covington & Burling LLP as his counsel and has already retained new counsel for this matter.”
They did not identify Flynn’s new legal team and declined comment when asked by POLITICO who now represents the former senior Trump aide...
“He probably should have been fully Mirandized at some point.”
That would be the point where they called him and asked for that interview. At that point, they had a clearly demonstrated that they had formed a belief that he was involved in a crime (at least from their point of view)
They were interviewing him as a “suspect”. They did not Mirandize him. Both agents violated his civil rights and should be arrested.
Not rioting because like a cat who pushes his litter to cover his doings, the case of USA vs. Flynn has been covered by USA Mueller + MSM to be unfathomable.

The ellipsis in the Mueller report redacting the “without sharing confidential information” statement in the voicemail transcript of evidence source documents is an absolute game changer.
It contaminates the WHOLE Mueller report with a fraud component and exposes potential prosecutorial misconduct. Flynn can now become the aggressor.

302 forms are criminal in and of themselves. The FBI alone among law enforcement refuses to record interviews or use cameras.
This is so they can twist words to their liking.
“I did that?” in response to an accusation becomes, “the interviewee said “I did it”.
The illegal coercive soviet type threats such as telling Flynn his son was next are skipped over.

If a local Police Department used the FBI procedures on cameras and recordings in the field and in interviews, the Feds would initiate a patterns and practices lawsuit leading to a consent decree.
The FBI is a criminal organization at it’s very core. Created by Wilson era progressives, run by a cross dressing homo for 5 decades, flagrantly violating laws throughout it’s existence, and using blackmail as one of it’s main tools. Now they assert a claim of independence from the executive branch including a right to ignore, record, spy on, and sit on judgement of the presidency. And specifically whether or not his POLICIES pass their muster as good for America.

If he paid these clowns $5 million to defend him, then he got robbed. You don’t pay someone 5 million dollars to have them tell you to plead guilty when you are innocent. That is what public defenders do for free.
Help me - why is the judge setting a sentence without a trial? Because Flynn pleaded guilty there is no trial? That’s all I can think of.

Because we are busy working to pay them our taxes (to be used against us), because this has been going on for decades, and because we know the fix is in at all levels.

Rioting in the streets? That would hurt other helpless citizens, not the unelected apparatchiks who wield power over the electorate. It would give them excuses for even more heavy-handed persecution of citizens.

Fox was saying last night that Flynn might be withdrawing his guilty plea. He has waited until Mueller officially closed his investigation. Does that mean mueller can no longer go after Flynn’s son?
Mueller is done. He no longer has any authority. Hopefully he will soon be joining Manifort in prison.
