The Bahamas is very welcoming, if that counts as “in that area” Just had friends get back from the Caymans, they are raving about it.

Maybe the Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Turks and Caicos, Martinique, St. Barts, St. Vincent, St. Martin, St. Lucia, US and British Virgin Islands.
