The blind leading the halt and lame, is how my mother used to put it. Handicap piled upon handicap, and none of it being used to anybody’s advantage.

Their involvement has already been mentioned in some press reports but what was the quid pro quo to make Foxx do something stupid like dropping all 16 charges?
More going on here than what first appears.

My guess, and it’s just a guess, but the hoax was perpetrated to bolster support for Harris’ anti-lynching legislation.
Because Smollet was put up to it by at least Harris and he followed through with it, Michelle Obama was called to get Smollet off once the fraud was uncovered.
