Most people don’t drink enough water, and I’ve always thought that the benefits you get from the extra H2O from coffee make up for any ill effects from the bean grinds. At least that’s been the rationale I’ve used for my addiction!

I consider my 6- 8 cups of coffee my water. Just common sense. I also drink 2 glasses of whole milk every day.

I'm 75, BP 115/65....5'4" 116 lbs...Eat everything...no meds.

Damn good genes.

Well, no. Coffee is a diuretic. You’ll pump out more than what was in the coffee.
