Interesting that he apparently had lived in Lakewood for only the past 2 decades. Lakewood, as you can see on the map below, is pretty darn close to the park where he committed the rape and double murder back in 1976. I wonder if he had moved there from somewhere further away, perhaps to be closer to that park?
