I understand Meghan’s fierce protection of her father. I totally get it. And I also understand the pain she must feel when he is criticized by anyone. I just wish she could put the anger aside and realize what would happen if a liberal won the WH in 2020. I believe her husband does. Impeach him all you want in the House but in the Senate, unless you have a huge number of RINOs who side with the RATS, Trump will NOT be convicted.
For the RATS in 2019/20, it is a guaranteed miss. Trump will remain President no matter what they do (short of getting a good shot).
In LBJ's problem, he had a bullet used which didn't miss (it took more than one shot but in 8.3 seconds, LBJ was in the driver's seat rather than jail.
I also think the democRATS going for impeachment is a near guarantee of a Trump win in 2020.
But this is the first mention of "discovery" I've heard about in the process.
Does that mean the same as in a legal proceedings that we get to obtain information and evidence from the other (House) side?

At this point, there is no high crime or misdemeanor. In fact, there’s no crime at all.
I doubt the republican senate, even those who don’t like president Trump, want the republicans to have the first president in history who was removed from office.
I doubt they’ll get 67 to vote against him. So, 34 no votes and their dream goes down.
And Prof Dershowitz says the Chief Justice or the SCOTUS could throw it out if there’s no crime.
This is exactly the position of that loser Stacey Abrams in the Georgia governor's race.
She clearly lost by 55,000 votes but refuses to concede, claiming she won anyway because of "voter suppression".
This effort to remove a duly elected president is just an extension of that same warped thinking on the part of the democRATS.
