Many Democrats, including most 2020 presidential candidates, were quick to politicize the tragic mass shooting in Virginia Beach to push their gun control agenda, but Second Amendment supporters weren’t about to take any of it lying down.
News broke Friday that public utilities department engineer DeWayne Craddock, 40, allegedly used a .45-caliber handgun with a sound suppressor to murder 12 of his former colleagues, but all Democrats needed was news of a mass shooting to echo their calls for gun control.

The only surprise here would have been if they didn’t try to use this tragedy as an excuse to disarm everybody who isn’t crazy for criminal.

Most 1911 style .45s are 7-8 capacity but Glock and other plastic gun makers offer double the capacity. Some traditional 1911 makers (Para, Kimber for example) offer double stack weapons as well.
As a side note, how many would have died had coworkers been armed or would he have even attempted this mass shooting?

Let me just say this, an Armed Society is a Polite Society.
Elimination of gun rights is particularly important because it is a discrete and explicit right and the only one that is absolute. It is also the one there is a lot of support for suppressing so just maybe they can push the society to confiscation. If they can do that without an Amendment they have neutralized the Constitution, first to last.
Actually without existing gun control and with the likelihood that some of the target group are armed there would have been no such attack. Guys who want to kill a bunch of people while committing vicarious suicide don’t do it by attacking people with guns where some are likely to be armed. Bombs, maybe, or drive a truck into a crowd.
This entire thread is a waste of time. Blacks murder blacks in America’s cities every day of the year. What’s special about VA Beach?
Nothing that I can see for we’re not going to ever eliminate the sickening violence in our society.
Regardless of whether we pass more gun control laws or not.
After each and every shooting, the low-T, low logic, and low moral Dimbulbs keep repeating themselves.
No need to even look for a news lede, just print that “more gun control” is needed.
Sooner or later the dimbulbs will try to confiscate all guns and we can get on with the inevitable CW-II.
